			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In reteta originala muschiuletul era de mistret, dar si cel de porc domestic e foarte bun. Cu ingrediente putine, simplu de facut, dar cu un rezultat foarte gustos. Pana si miresmele emanate in timpul frigerii iti lasa gura apa&#8230; Gata cu lauda, ui&#8217; reteta:</p>
<p><u>Ingrediente pentru patru persoane:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Doi muschiuleti de porc</li>
<li>Una-doua caciulii de usturoi</li>
<li>O bucata de slanina afumata</li>
<li>Un kg de cartofi</li>
<li>Condimente pentru carne de porc</li>
</ul>

<u>Mod de preparare:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Se taie muschiuletul pe lungime de la un capat pana aproape de celalalt, obtinand 3 fasii unite la un capat;</li>
<li>Se impletesc muschiuletii introducandu-se in bucle catei de usturoi si bucatele de slanina;</li>
<li>Muschiuletii se aseaza intr-o tava, se arunca pe langa ei cartofii taiati in sferturi, totul se stropeste cu ulei de masline si se condimenteaza;</li>
<li>Se mai adauga niste apa, si se baga la cuptor. Dupa aproximativ o ora, toul e gata.</li>

<p><u>Ingrediente pentru doua persoane:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>250 grame de tortellini proaspeti (preferatii mei sunt cu prosciutto crudo)</li>
<li>500g pulpa de rosii (passata)</li>
<li>Usturoi (preferabil granulat)</li>
<li>Busuioc, piper pepperoncini</li>
<li>Parmezan ras</li>
</ul>

<u>Mod de preparare:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Se fierb tortellini in apa cu sare conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.</li>
<li>In alta oala/tigaie adanca, se pune pulpa de rosii la fiert impreuna cu condimentele.</li>
<li>Se adauga peste sosul de rosii tortellini bine scursi de apa, si se amesteca 1-2 minute.</li>
<li>In farfurie, se presara peste paste parmezanul ras.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Numele acestor paste se traduce ca &#8220;paste dupa reteta curvelor&#8221;. De ce se numesc asa, nimeni nu stie cu exactitate. Ar putea fi de la mirosul puternic de peste sau de la gustul picant. O alta versiune e ca aceste paste erau servite la intrarea in bordel. <ul>
<li> 150 grame de file de ansoa (aciughe)</li>
<li>o conserva de rosii decojite, taiate cubulete</li>
<li>3 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>3 linguri de ulei de masline extra vergine</li>
<li>2-3 ardei iuti uscati (pepperoncini)</li>
<li>50 grame de masline negre taiate rondele</li>
<li>15-20 capere</li>
<li>oregano</li>
<li>250 grame de spaghetti</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Mod de preparare:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>se fierb pastele in apa cu sare, conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj</li>
<li>intr-o tigaie adanca (wok) se pune uleiul la incalzit, si se calese in el usturoiul maruntit</li>
<li>se adauga in wok filelul de ansoa, si se amesteca pana acesta se &#8220;topeste&#8221;</li>
<li>se adauga rosiile, si compozitia se fierbe 5-10 minute, pentru a se avapora o parte din apa</li>
<li>se adauga maslinele, caperele, ardeiul si oregano si se mai lasa pe foc 2-3 minute amestecand continutul</li>
<li>sosul se toarna peste pastele bine scurse, si optional se orneaza cu parmezan ras</li>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500 grame de spaghetti subtiri (de preferinta nr. 3)</li>
<li>4 cremwursti (de preferinta fara pielita)</li>
<li>o conserva de rosii decojite</li>
<li>3-4 rosii proaspete</li>
<li>1 ceapa mica</li>
<li>2-3 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>3 linguri de ulei de masline extra vergine</li>
<li>condimente (busuioc, cimbru, oregano, piper, pepperoncino)</li>
<li>parmezan ras</li>
</ul>

<strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Se fierb pastele in apa cu sare conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj;</li>
<li>Intr-o tigaie se toarna o lingura de ulei de masline. Cand acesta se incinge, se pipereaza, se pune ardeiul iute si cremvurstii taiati felii subtiri. Se amesteca continuu pana se prajesc cremvurstii;</li>
<li>Intr-o tigaie adanca se pun doua linguri de ulei de masline in care se pune ceapa si usturoiul taiate marunt. Cand acestea incep sa isi schimbe culoarea, se adauga rosiile din conserva si rosiile proaspete taiate cubulete. Se adauga condimentele dupa gust si se fierbe sosul pana devine suficient de consistent;</li>
<li>Se adauga pastele bine scurse de apa;</li>
<li>Se pun pastele in farfurie si se orneaza cu parmezan ras.</li>

<li>Intr-o tigaie adanca se pune uleiul si usturoiul maruntit la foc mic, avand grija sa nu se arda.</li>
<li>Se adauga in tigaie scoicile, untul si piperul. Se acopera tigaia cateva minute.</li>
<li>Se adauga pastele bine scurse in tigaie si se amesteca timp de 2-3 minute.</li>
<li>Se pun pastele in farfurie si se orneaza cu ulei de masline, patrunjel si parmezan.</li>
